I really like this photo both for technical and aesthetic reasons ... That snow likes like snow ... The ascension of the kids to and above the snow line is timed perfectly... Very we'll seen!
 
Nice! Was that taken at "The Birches" ? Looks like out at "the point" ......we spent several wonderful weeks each summer in Spruce Head until my in-laws passed away and visited the beach at the state park many times........

Thanks mvnelson, et.al. Gphoto, good eye for the geology. It's actually about 200' beyond the north boundary of Birch Point Beach state park.
