Try working with just the foreground and see what comes up. I think if you crop it right you could have something.

I see at least three pictures to stand alone in this shot. Perhaps your intention was to ecconomise on film, if so your darkroom will reveal all I am sure. Well done.

There may be more than one picture here but in this case I think the sum is greater than what the 2 or 3 parts would add up to.
