Smoking Man in Alley

At the end of an alley in Chinatown in Melbourne, VIC, AU

I'm finally learning to love the subtle lith-iness of Ilford MGWT.....thanks to the encouragement of Bob Carnie

Fuji GA645zi, Tmax 400, Rodinal, lithed on Ilford MGWT matte finish
Awesome, Mark! Did you tone the MGWT after? Looks very neutral in color for being that particular paper.

I may have split toned up to the mid-tones in selenium, but I don't usually do much toning with lith unless I am trying to control the crazy colors from Fomatone or using gold. This is the second image that I lith printed on MGWT and the shadows are really warm and look a lot like they do after you selenium tone MMGWT conventionally, but quite as much maroon. I'm starting to like to lith a bit more subtle-y and MGWT is pretty subtle

Great picture...but watch out for the modern witch hunters that are out to bash any sign of smoking pleasure

Wonderful!! Getting exited to see your lith demo this summer!!
