A good looking building. It looks as though you could have given up some sky and cropped the bottom to taste to avoid the perspective issue. A good opportunity to try adjusting perspective by angling the easel (apologies if that was already your plan). Be careful, a little goes a long way.
I scanned this negative in using my Epson since I'm still working on getting my darkroom finished. I've cropped it in CS3 but made no other adjustments. Perspective could be adjusted by CS3 during cropping. All the buildings in the background are considerably taller. I was capturing the text from the parking lot to make a statement concerning the need to fund the care of the building though I do believe the owners are doing their best. Care for an older building is considerable and your return for leasing space probably is insufficient. Unfortunately at the time I took this picture I didn't have the correct sized filters to increase the contrast between the sky and the building since it is very white. A dark yellow would have been nice. I'll return in the future on appropriate day to retake the picture using a view camera to adjust the perspective and get the contrast correct. Hopefully our weather will be cooperative and provide me with the requested blue sky and clouds, but this is the Pacific Northwest.
