I don't see how one could work out that they are a band, doing whatever they are doing. Interesting though.

I would crop the ceiling out to make it an enclosed roomscape, showing only the curtains.

Then I would burn in the near person a reasonable amount, lastly I would also try to burn down the rounded object in front of the near person.

Possibly you could hold the hair in the main figure and burn the rear person about a 1/4 of stop darker than the central main figure. I would be very tempted to burn out the rear figure's hand, completely.

It is possibly a completely different picture after all of that, but it would be quite interesting!

Hmmm, yip - could be something to try but I should have mentioned this is a neg scan and photoshop manipulation is a no no here ...

That being said I quite like the fact it is as it is... Perhaps in keeping with the genre/scene - Many more photos reveal the ceiling (and the broken light socket) to be a large part of the goings on for this evening so I'd keep it for that reason.

Have a image search at google for 'american hardcore' and you'll see more examples - not mine, but similar ... Apparently it's quite timeless. (dont worry, the porn only turns up on the second page)
