great Image I will ove to know if you have a link to a larger copy hard to makee out the finer details on the computer
do you have a place that sales Azo?
Thanks castilg and fhovie. This is a work print, I wonder if the foreground rocks on the left should be as light as the rocks on the right or the reverse or some combination. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
I would say the best place to purchase Kodak Azo is www.michaelandpaula.com They sell grades 2 and 3 in both 100 and 500 sheet boxes. doc
A winner Doc. I would suggest dodging the shadows of the foreground rocks a bit. Its a great composition. That durn ol' Tri-X is still awful hard to beat.
Thanks Alex,
I was also leaning towards dodging that rock as opposed to burning the other. Thanks for the input.
As for the Tri-X it sure is tough, scratch resistent and rolls well in tubes. The only thing I don't like is that the highlights seem to block up fairly quickly. I think it's about time someone came out with a film that won't scratch even wet, holds 20 stops, expands and contracts at will and sells for .50 cents a sheet. doc
