Sleeping

Shops and a Bank here in Brentwood have boarded up their doorways to stop our 'club' of rough sleepers using them . I don;t know how they afford the strong lager and cigarettes what with all the Duty and Taxes on them !

Effective yet respectful "homeless" photo. Doesn't prey on the human beings in that situation.

Thanks. I don’t normally photograph homeless but walking down Shattuck I was struck by how clean and elaborate people’s bedding was. I never see this in NYC. Then down the street was a fairly well dressed young shivering man trying to sleep in a doorway. This was 11pm.
