Slave Cabin, Sully Plantation

2 1/4" x 4 1/4" palladium print, double-coated. Another in my Sinister Idyll series exploring the contrast of modern pastoral landscapes in sites of slavery. This would have been the home of a slave family that worked in the main house. This is a reconstruction based on archaeology.

Nice, TFC. The process looks perfect for the subject. I would guess it was rather stirring to learn about the subject & to shoot it.

Great series Scott - the presentation is a good match for the subject.
