You should try filtration next time you do this (I hope you do. I think this idea is worth exploring much further)
You should try a K2 or a 2E (maybe stacked) they will do a lot to reduce the atmospheric haze. That will boost the contrast, and just make everything crisper or appear sharper.
You might also want to try 25A, it will set the green fields off against the lighter surrounding areas. If you include too muck sky it will tern it darker than dark---almost like you are in space.
I think puting the dark field further in the right corner would make the picture more balanced. As it is now, the little bit of light space on the right edge makes the picture die off in that direction. If the dark field was in the corner it would anchor the corner and complete that edge. The little cloud half way up the right side would be on the edge also, further anchoring that edge. The left edge is very good. So, I think a crop might be in order.
