Thanks fellows and Suzanne. I couldn't help but to anthropomorphize this bridge, it certainly seems to have taken an aggressive human stance. I passed by this spot at first but when I came back across and saw the clouds I decided to make the exposure. All the best. Shawn
You are, once again, building an impressive body of work. I remember your 'pond scum' days where you had a very clear focus on a mass of subject matter. This time it seems to be about an appreciation of little things (or large such as this one), that are perhaps otherwise overlooked.
I think it's extremely creative, and you deserve all the respect in the world for doing it your own way. I would love to see these prints.
That's the feeling I got standing in front of it, Andrew.
Thomas, thank you. I've certainly been working hard on this project. I have a stack of 8x10 negs from a trip out west I keep postponing in the printing order because I've been more excited about these. Whatever the current motivation happens to be I try to follow it, makes the work come easier and ends up better I think.
