@mfohl Really? It makes up part of the national dress around here. Also called "chesty bonds" if white and "jack howes" if blue or "wifebeaters" if you wish to be slightly derogatory.
@awty It's that last one that's the most common around here. I find them very comfortable, but there is a lower socio-economic suggestion that my wife doesn't like … . But in this case, it's good art!
@Ken Bingham Theres too many derogatory terms for those on low incomes, their often referred to as the "battlers" here, politicians are always trying to win their support and once they get in they reward them by cutting services and increasing the basic cost of living.
@mfohl You should wear one to spite her, a sign of social unity. I usually wear long sleeves shirt and a hat while (and pants) out doors these days, the strong sun is no good for your skin
