I think Ron summed it all up here. I picked up a copy of William Mortensen "The Model: A book on the problems of posing" at a yard sale and I have to say when I got around to reading it years later many of his points seem to follow me everywhere.
Dusty Negative, if the person whose portrait it is, is the one that matters then it would appear that what you need to know is simply how to make her look less fat. So we really ought to have been giving advice centred on this and this alone
Really everything we have said including me is irrelevant to that end So anyone any ideas on this aspect of making her look less fat?
