Silver Bay 4

Silver Bay 4

As I sift through my negs a 2nd and 3rd time, I see other possible images to make. Another angle taken at Silver Bay on a cold and calm February day... The four black dots to the left of the image are actually rocks and stones.... We had great fun throwing them as the sound was incredible. They would land with a 'Ping' sound like a sonar, and the ice acted like a membrane and the sounds would vibrate and increase in frequency until it sounded like nails on a chalk board! Very bizarre!

Lovely set of prints, Andrew. What a productive trip! I look forward to seeing them in June.

All the best,

A stunning capture of the cold serenity of Lake Superior.

I'm drawn inside the image. Great set of prints, Andrew.
