Gateway to Piazza del Duomo

There was a thick fog coming in when I shot this. Perfect conditions, but limited time to do something and this was difficult to setup, as I was standing on the stairs going up the hill on which the Duomo is build.

The slightly distracting small object seen at the right of the gate, is actually a part from a temporary construction wall, as they were renovating part of the church. Couldn't get it out of the frame...
