Siena at nighttime

I like all of this series, but I thought I'd comment on this one as no-one else has yet I find the high contrast between light and shadows draws me into all the photos. I get a wonderful feeling of peaceful solitude when I look at them. Very well done.

I have been looking at these in silence for a couple of days now, and I think these are amazing. This one in particular I find has a very pleasing composition with the repetitive columns, and the light/dark play. It's like being indoors, it reminds me of a church, temple, cathedral, or something of the like.
Ian hit his head on the same nail I did. I also find them peaceful.
