Wow! it didn't take you long to get the hang of that lens. I love the portrait and I'll bet you can do some pretty interesting landscape work with it too.

The print just shreds the scan to sinders. This is great! I love the look on their faces.

Thanks Victor... the writhing white mop is actually a Shi-tzu Maltese mix, mutt whatever you call it She's a lively thing and really patient with the kids who enjoy rough housing with her. The highlights are a little hot, due to the bleaching but the print has more detail there not able to be picked up in the scan.
 
A Shittese? Sorry, couldn't help it. Daisy is a wonderful pup.
