Shelbourne Falls Geologic Potholes

Shelbourne Falls, there are "Geologic Potholes" that are basically swirls of water that caused the rocks to have these giant holes that go deep, apparently they used to swim in them until kids started jumping in, missed the hole and broke stuff or died, would be fun to swim in, and I don't know much about the phenomena but they didn't seem as impressive as everyone talked about them as if they were the most amazing thing ever haha, still interesting, perhaps more amazing if you swam in them.

In preparation for receiving the Ilford ULF run of 46mm film, I'm going through the last of my Efke100 (which was only 4 rolls in total) so I can use the backing paper to re-roll them for HP5+ I would NEVER buy Efke again, IMHO it's a terrible film, the QC "efke-itis" issues are just too much for me, I can see why they went out of business, the tones are nice, but sacrificing that for black specs throughout the film, not worth it.

This section of the Glacial Potholes is more photogenic than swim-able. You wouldn't want to be in this spot when the water is high enough to swim(?) in... water rushing over the falls way too fast. The real name of these falls is Salmon Falls. Here is a shot of mine from a couple of years ago: http://www.apug.org/gallery1/showimage.php?i=51605&catid=member&imageuser=2072 You should have seen images of the falls when Hurricane Irene tore through the area.
