There is something strange going on in her right armpit & shoulder. It's the skin tone ? I would say: try/scan again

i don't mind ( and really can't see ) the copyright information, and i can't see the other "stuff" people have mentioned
i really like how you have composed this, its almost as if the model
is behind a picket fence ( foreground ) with a forest of trees or vegetation behind her ..
and her arms outstretched remind me of a hindu goddess ...
maybe it is my old-fashioned-ness when it comes to traditional portraits

i was taught in my apprenticeship-days never to have the head so tight to the top of the frame.
... that would be my only criticism is the framing or her head is too close ...
the beautiful thing about rules are they are meant to be broken -
because cutting off her arms would have been a no no too ...

I think he means it looks like scratches on the film in her armpit, or blond hairy pits? lol, but seriously it's just like one or two scratches, is that just a bad scan/print or is that actually on the negative?

It's a bad watermark... from my post process,,,, the print is supremely resonant.
