Shadow Play 2

I never met a shadow I didn't like ...

This is an interesting interplay of shadows within the composition. I thought the thumbnail looked better that the larger image and think the reason is that the thumbnail gives a slightly enhanced contrast. I would imagine this image would work better at a higher contrast.

Thanks! and, Clive, you are right the thumbnail looks more contrasty. I think that this is not a feature of the gallery but some visual effect, since it also occurs in the 3x3 collage (link see image description). I tried to get more contrast in the larger image too, but I only could achieve this with nasty blank white in the area top right or straight black at the bottom. So I would have to hold back or burn digitally, which I do not want do do here - but I am using my holidays now to get further ahead in my darkroom setup for printing! Maybe you try to motivate me for this?
