Way off photography now but Bardahl was certainly amazing stuff in the 60s. It really worked. Maybe engines and oil are now so much better made that the likes of Bardahl is no longer needed.
My Dad worked in a garage back in the early 60s and the "Molyslip" rep called in. This was the alternative in many ways to Bardahl. He was able to demonstrate that a car jacked up and running at a steady 30mph would increase its speed to 34/5 mph after about 10 mins, once Molyslip had been poured in.
