blaze-on Feb 1, 2005 I like the effect. Ever thought of doing Bogart impersonations? No offense meant-that was my first "impression".

Donald Qualls Feb 1, 2005 Wherever did you find Royal-X that was still good? Or is this an old image?? Either way, I'll second the amused amazement at the resemblance to Bogey -- the "film noir" feeling of the image no doubt contributes.

rhphoto Feb 1, 2005 This is a beautiful composition. You cropped wisely, creating a very compelling portrait. I Have the same lens on my C3, and it's just right for portraiture. P.S. does Kodak still make Royal X Pan?

David A. Goldfarb Feb 1, 2005 Great texture, and I also want to know where you're finding Royal-X Pan. I had some 4x5" Royal Pan (expired in the 1960s) a while back that had this great grainy texture, but it was way too foggy to be of much use.
