Seguin, TX - Guadalupe River

Another from down in Seguin, TX.

Taken with the single 21" element of a 12" triple convertible Turner Reich lens.
Surprisingly sharp and contrasty for all the terrible bubbles and haze that this old lens has.

Awww Man, your Sat was much better than mine....at work.

Really like this one (actually all of them) but this one speaks to me. Nice use of the 8x10 . Thinking a little gum layer to give it just a hint of split tone would be interesting.

Hey Monty, Texas misses you too!

Very nice series of shots from Seguin. They really capture the feel of the town.

I very much enjoy the postings from your work in TX -- the techniques and artistic choices you have made really bring out the "history" in the subjects -- for me anyway. Thanks

beautiful series matt!
i love how you got the waterfall
to "string out"
and the other water to be so still ..

great work!
