Second printing session? Judging by the print on my screen, me-thinks you did a bit of reading on the subject before you set foot in the darkroom...good job!
About half of the frames on that roll of film printed more or less as is with a 15 sec exposure at f16 on the enlarger. No need for contrast filters, no need to dodge or burn.
Just needed to make sure they were sharp enough and at 8x10 from a 6x4.5 negative it wasn't too difficult -- in the first session I printed a couple of 35mm negatives and they were a lot softer and much less successful.
I was really pleased by the paper/developer combination though -- the prints have a nice slightly warm tonality that I expected would take more work to get.
I like the solitude in this image, though the tree blocks too much of the background for it to be impactful. If you can't included it, exclude it. Otherwise, very nice.
