I envy west coast photographers who have wonderful sea stacks and rocks to include in their images. This rock is part of a jetty that is one of very few within a few hours drive. There is a decisive moment here, and it was fun to anticipate and capture.
Thank you, Logan. Rob, apart from the water temperature, the Atlantic Ocean is pretty consistent for most of the coast. I used to love the Maine shore, and visited it whenever I could!
John, You found a rock in Florida? Woot! I have never seen a naturally positioned rock since I've been here.... (pebbles and sand aside) I can't tell you are lucky you are to have seen that! I miss the mountains so much, all the rock, you never appreciate it when you're surrounded by it. I have added this to my favorites lest I forget what one looks like. Have a great holiday!
