For me I jump straight to the grafitti because it is so dark. After I move pass the lettering I think that including the beaker in the lower right corner was a great choice, it really helps set the scene. The flaking paint in the background is very interesting texturally, and rather creepy too!
I'm with Joe--my eye hits the graffiti, loops down and around to the beaker (placement of which is an inspiration) and then up through the flaking-paint-duct things out through the top of the image; the whole thing suggests a giant inverted question mark, to me. Very unusual, and quite nice. Thanks for letting us in on it.
