Awsome. I love that the bridge cables seem to continue through the image and match the awning support cables. You picked the perfect spot to bring all these objects and shapes together into one. I can't wait to see the print in person. doc
Gee Scott I guess you need to get a couple of Weston books out of the library. It was meant as a compliment. Weston has a very unique way of looking at things and the resulting compositions reflect that.
No offense taken - I'll take that comparison any day. I was only curious about what it was specifically about this photograph that made it Weston-like. A friend made a similar observation, but this was only because he had seen EW's photograph of the Brooklyn Bridge. Similarities in compositional style is something else entirely. Thank you.
