This is great. I love the hand coming in from outside the frame; it creates a nice rhythm throughout. My younger daughter carries her little stuffed animals in her shirt just like that.

Agree with Andrew, it is the right baby hand that makes this picture. Otherwise it would have been "just" another picture of a cute little girl sticking her tongue out. Now, the hand throws the whole framing out of balance in a kind of nice surrealistic way...
