San Jose

I haven't posted anything in the galleries for ages, so here's a fresh one (yesterday) made with my old TLR (purchased during the Carter administration).

Classic case of a small scan's inadequacy of showing the tones in a large neg (err, slide) -- the fellow's face here is quite clear in the transparency, while all but unreadable at 600x600
Location
Basilica of St Joseph, San Jose, Ca
Equipment Used
Yashica-Mat 124G (6x6)
Exposure
1/125 f/8
Film & Developer
Ektachrome E100VS
Lens Filter
None
There's a contrast between the fellow's somewhat dejected posture and the grand architecture.
Really like the colours you've captured - exploite the warm characteristics of E100VS nicely.

Light table I can do, but it's unmounted (& I don't have that big a projector anyhow, heh)
