Very cool David. I like the way this image gets you outside any sort of box -- the combinations of the wet plate look, that padlock on a chain, the intense and serious eyes, & you know they are into the process; nobody is just horsing around here, yet amazingl--especially given that I'll bet they had to stay still for a while--it's not in the least bit stiff. p.s. nice talk at the DeCordova today, thanks.
