Switching the XPan to panoramic mode feels like driving a really cool motorcycle and just pinning it on an open road.
A great camera to do street photography with!

A well captured shot. Nice to see you still using your Xpan. I found street photography very difficult to do with my Xpan and am inclined to stick to landscape.

So much street photography seems like stalking to me. This isn't, because it's like a clear confrontation, looking the person dead in the eye. That connection is so wonderful.

I think a lot of street photography is, basically, what you make it...your motivation and attitude determines all. That said, a lot of Japanese photographers embrace a really wonderful approach to photography, namely that it's a way to experience life and just portray a life lived. No art-speak mumbo jumbo pretentiousness...just an honest approach to the craft.
