Classic landmark in Nicasio California which has been photographed to death. I was inspired to post by pbromaghin church photograph just posted.

You nicely controlled the directly lit whites while still retaining detail in the shadows. Very, very well done.
 
St. Mary’s Catholic Church was constructed from locally milled redwood at a cost of $3,000 in 1867 – money that was raised by the townspeople. Today the church looks as it did in 1867. Two hitching posts and a white picket fence were added early on.
