Sail Loft

This print is unusual to me... it's very high contrast but doesn't look blown out; I'm actually getting the feeling of being in the darkened loft with burning bright sunlight streaming in from behind!

Exactly right. It's a derelict Sail Loft on the shoreline with no floor and bright sunshine from behind. I had hoped the mud through the floor would have come in a bit with dry down but I quite like the upside down lighting.
