S is for Saguenay

The beach at Petit-Saguenay is a little marvel. Tucked away in small cove off the Saguenay fjord, it is close enough from the Saint-Laurent that white whales can drop by for lunch. At low tide, it is a massive plain with rivulets of brackish water.

If I redid it, I would have used film with less contrast than Tri-X, just to have better printing latitude. But I can dig Edward Weston's infinite fascination with his favourite piece of beach.
