No trickery from me. This is what the prints look like (actually they look better than this). I don't know if it's normal for this film when used like this as I have not used it like this before but it does give a nice old fashioned grainy look which seems to suit the snowy subject matter quite well.
Yes i have a couple of roll to try myself that why I was interested in your photos (other than the visual value) interesting you say old fashion, at first I thought they were on ortho lith film.
The thinking behind the SFX and snow combination was: "I'm going out for a walk in the snow, I think I will take a camera. What film have I got? Oh, only some old SFX!".
I would have prefered some FP4+ but I do like how these have turned out.
