my first portrait with the lens i bought from ineffablething. it's not a petzval as advertised but looks to be a simple meniscus lens. i'm still learning. but the lens does have a great quality about it.

shot on ilford hp5+ in the shade, kitchen towel shutter. souped in rodinal 1:50 for 10 minutes.

The lighting is exquisite. Like the pose very much. The lack of sharpness away from the center of the image is interesting.
 
That is some wafer thin dof..
