I went back to BERLIN 60 years after I was there in 1957 as a British Soldier. I used a 63 year old camera same as i did then to 'retake' some scenes. It was very difficult as the trees had grown up so much ,obscuring the views.Also the buildings have been added to .

I took it from the other side in 1957 -- in 2017 there were NO Russian Soldiers with GUNS patrolling and watching me !
