Rue Voltaire?

I was on that exact same street! Just a different intersection. Probably happened around the change from 2nd Empire/3rd Republic transition. I know they re-did the street numbering scheme around that time.

I think you sat at the next bar along too (my other photo is a bar in the cathedral square.)
