ooooo you lost so much in the lighter areas. Is this a scan of the negative from the Darkroom ? I am sure there is more detail there in the negative if making a print.

yes -- this is far too contrasty to convert to 'digital file' -- a paper Darkroom Print would be so much better.

@Terry Breedlove Yes, unfortunately I will have to wait to get a darkroom.

@pentaxpete Agree, it looks a little washed out.

What do y'all think of the composition? Especially the trash on the bottom?

I think the image needs to be more of the building less trees and sky.Maybe if you can then use the rule of thirds with the corner being to the left third. Fill the image with the building.
