It seems timeless.

Timeless is right. It is very difficult from the young girl's garb to say which decade this is from. The other timeless aspect is that give them a set of parallel bars and kids have been lifting off like this since we first stood up as a species on the East African plains

One of the (many) things I miss as an adult is the excitement and fun of clambering about a place like this when i was only half as tall as I am now.

The man in the upper left corner somehow adds to the effect of the image - something like the boring adult world vs. the exciting world of childhood...

That's her father - visible in the next picture. What a head of hair! No doubt he was lurking to "ensure safety".
