i've started a new housekeeping project, scanning some of my old 4x5 negs for archiving, and thought i'd stick some up for a look see and reaction while i'm at it ..... this was from way back in the late 1980s in an abandoned hotel

This should not work with that white wall dividing the photo in two, but it does. I think it is down to the details that you have captured, the room number, the post, and the smaller details along the long corridor.
