thanks miles --- the camera is pretty basic-- just taped up the arista box with wide gaffers tape, then cut a hole in the back so i could tape on a funky homemade 5x7 glass-less back i found on a yard sale camera .... then i twirled a tiny hole into a piece of aluminum from a turkey roasting pan and taped that dead center on the front ..... it was hard to measure the size of the hole, but after experimenting with exposures i figure it's about f/250 for that focal length (which measure 70mm from front to film holder) ..... i like having the 5x7 back, so i don't have to disassemble the camera every time i want to get the film out ..... now i need to find a wooden box about the same size cause the cardboard version won't last forever
