@grahamp Thanks. That is precisely why I snapped the shot. The structure looked so unstable, unlike the more recently built houses in the area. But not as photogenic. Hopefully, nobody uses that balcony.

I like this. The fragility of life by the sea. in the early-mid 80s we'd rent rooms in those big old victorians with outdoor showers just south of 116th in "Rockapulco" aka The Irish Riviera..
