Hmmm if this photo is a representation of the "Loose Gravel" in your area, I am gonna stay away! The rocks may be the center of attention for some, but the real model is wearing a green shirt! Forget the oversize gravel, and concentrate on the lovely little lady! That smile says everything!!!
I've always liked 'Rocky Road' ice cream, but if this is necessary for the inspiration, I'll switch to plain vanilla! Fun shot and, of course, I hope no harm came to anyone or their property.
The problem of young delinquents pushing large rocks onto our roads is just getting out of hand. Good thing that you had your' camera handy and got a clear picture of the culprit. I hope that you were careful, she looks like a real dangerous character to me.
Loose, I'm in SB, and while it's all so frantic right now, this is a great pic. Still, it rings sad for me, as two lovely ladies I know well were dug out from under their crushed home in La Conchita. They survived, fortunately, but with injuries, and no home or possessions left.
Loose, I am also in SB shooting 4x5 and 8x10. Lots of road closures have made it difficult to get to some good shootin spots. Will try to get to the santa ynez river when I get a chance, but that will most likely be closed at the river crossing. Oh well. Nice shot of the boulder by the way. LS
