Rock - Helford Estuary

Fell off this rock into the water while photographing it !
Luckily the water wasn't too deep and being tall with arms outstretched was able to save the Sinar from taking a dip !

Great angle. That puts it into another dimension altogether. About those arms...

Certainly makes the rock monumental! Sky textures work well with the rock, too. Good work!

I'm going to chime in again. The beautiful contrast, even exposure and focus throughout the length of the rock all combine into an excellent abstraction. Please go fall into more water.

Thanks all.
Just to point out (Vaughn) what looks like sky is actually the sea. Exposure was around 5 secs which has given a surreal blur.

Bill, I'm becoming a real fan of your work. Very creative and beyond normal comprehension; a challenge for eyes and mind. This is really cool and your printing really sings.

Like Vaughn I thought you were shooting up towards the sky. You have to spend some time with this image to understand it. Great vision and a great image.
Kathleen

I like it.
