Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse

The Roanoke Marshes Light, which is located on the Manteo waterfront, is a copy of a lighthouse of the same name that was located off Wanchese marking the southern entrance to the Croatan Sound. It's a screw-pile light, which were scattered along North Carolina's rivers and sounds.
The boat Little Jeannie(Carolina Flare) was built by Capt. Warren O'Neal in 1979 for Ed Hinkle. She is the last "big" boat built by Capt. O'Neal at his workshop on the Manteo waterfront.
