Took the Zeroimage Pinhole camera 6x6 out for a spin.
Should have gone out in the morning or afternoon.
Midday sun is always brutal for light...
There was a bright blue sky with no clouds, so I did not burn in the distant sky for definition. How would you deal with this if at all ?

I don't think the sky is a particular issue in this image, as much of it is covered up by the trees and their loaf, giving more than enough interest in this image. However, in case of other images, it sometimes helps to preflash the paper before printing, so as to give a slight greyish tone to the sky after the printing exposure and development. I did that with this particular image that I recently posted. The sky would have been utterly blank paper otherwise (disregarding toning):
