definitely NO disclaimer required after the big, resounding GORGEOUS! Pinhole or whatever, this is just a great, beautiful image from composition through execution. Wow.
It's hole is f/154 on this model (50mm). I really like it because I can simply carry a light tripod, some film holders, and a light meter. Oh, and a bubble level helps a LOT.
I'm having a lot of fun with it, and after my first couple of batches of exposures I got a decent feel for the frame of view (but it's still a tad unpredictable and I missed a few compositions because I was out of position slightly).
JP - isn't it amazing what you get without a $$$$ lens. Pinhole photos are fasinating and this is one of the best I've seen. The symmetry of the branches is great. Congrats. bob
I just figured out where I have been going wrong: all that glass keeps getting in the way!!! Seriously though - here I am AGAIN, looking at this photo, keeps me coming back, I've shown it to everyone I know, and it has become a guilty pleasure of sort. Stunning. I don't think I could afford a print, but it would surely be on my wall if I could!
There are some other pinholes taken with it on my site. I'm going to try and shoot with it some more this weekend...it's so much fun to use such a simple camera...
