With a title of 'River Bridge 1' I assume that the bridge is the main subject of your photo. However it has to compete with a very busy and stronger contrasting foreground will grabs the viewers attention and leaves the bridge very much a secondary subject within your photo.
As one who likes structures of all sorts, yes, it has some appeal to me. It's an interesting juxtaposition of rectangles, triangles and curves. I think it might be improved by some grouping of details as a focal point somewhere in the middle third of the area. That might be accomplished by a relocation of the camera to recompose the scene a bit. But then, if it's like I usually encounter things, there's probably a fence or precipitous drop-off just about where you'd like to park a tripod! Off to the left and lower might allow displaying the modern arch under the roadway of the truss bridge, which could lead to something interesting. Or up and to the right might allow pointing some lines toward the support pier currently at the left. But this is all speculation without standing there (and coming from someone thinking out loud who may not know what he's talking about!) It looks like an area with a lot of possibilities; one of those spots to return to periodically for a fresh view. Apologies for rambling at the keyboard!
I would loose the the right hand 1/4 of the print together with the diaganal walls in the bottom part.I think the shot has merrit if recomposed slightly - Of course this is just my $0.02 - Martin
