This image was exposed the same late autumn day as my last post. The Ritchie Ledges in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park have an ancient, quiet, yet somewhat lyrical feeling about them. I almost expected to see an elf at some point along the trail. Now I'm looking forward to going back with a little snow on the ground.
Shawn, I like this. I think I have a shot of the same spot. I was there while it was raining off and on and was sorta misty - I know what you mean about expecting to see elves.
Thanks, Bethe. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who got the feeling.
This one is really sharp in person, scanned a little wierd... couldn't quite match the print. Might have something to do with your thoughts on solarization, Eric.
