Ring

A mooring ring at one of the local beaches. Shot in early March in some lovely spring sunshine. The contrast of the texture of the iron against the concrete of the sea wall is what attracted me. The print is even better than I had hoped.

Ilford MG IV RC Glossy, Ilford Multigrade.

Magenta 40.
Keep up this nice work and we will have you working with fiber based paper.

You are definitely on a roll now. As far as I can tell on a monitor, that looks absolutely spot-on... well... possibly I'd do a bit of burning on the right hand side to even up the tones across the print, but the overall contrast and shadow/highlight detail looks perfect. Cheers, Bob.
